When planning events, venues and vendors want money upfront, that is why we ask for DEPOSITS and REGISTRATIONS by a certain date…TO GET A HEAD COUNT. If we do not get the monies by a certain time, we have to make HARD DECISION’s and SINCE we did not get the appropriate number of responses, we had to CANCEL.
It DOESN’T matter if you say you are coming OR plan to COME, it matters when you PAY and REGISTER.
NOW that you know we are having another NYC Event, please START saving NOW!
Our Suggestion is that you #BOOK HOTEL FIRST…once you see the LINK that we post for the HOTEL that we will have rooms BLOCKED. OR you can BOOK your OWN HOTEL ROOM at ANY HOTEL you LIKE.
THEN, PAY YOUR FEE FOR THE EVENT
THEN, GET YOUR AIRLINE TICKET
THEN, SAVE YOUR SPENDING MONEY
