How do I register to attend the NYC event?

What if I Register, but didn’t pay the fee?
We prefer that you Register and Pay your Fee at the Same Time. If you registered, the reply email that you were sent has the link to pay the registration rate as well as on the website.
If you only Register, but Do Not pay the fee, YOU WILL NOT BE PUT ON THE RAFFLE LIST! However, ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, Your Name Will Be Added To The Raffle List IF It is still Available!!
There will be three (3) winners of the Raffle!! BUT, ONLY the First 100 NAMES who have registered and paid, once we obtain the first 100 names, this will close out. First come, will be First entered into the raffle.
Is there an age requirement to attend the events?
All attendees must be 18 years of age to gain entry to the official events. The legal drinking age in New York City is 21 years old; therefore, anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted to drink at any of the josiecarterproductions,llc® sponsored events.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE BEFORE COMING TO THE EVENT!
Will I be able to afford this Event?
Yes! If you plan properly and take this into consideration, here is a breakdown of HOW you can do it:
- Pay Registration Rate
- Reserve and Pay for your Airfare or Rental car
- Book your Room: If you want a roommate(s) 3 maximum. *Each of you can pay for a night, ex. One pays for Friday, one pays for Saturday and one pays for Sunday. This way costs will be minimal. Or one can pay for Thursday night if you come early…we only have a few for this night!
What are the Registration Rates?
Registration rates are as follows:
$TBA is the Early Bird Rate between November 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022!
$TBA is the General Registration Rate after January 1, 2022 to March 15, 2022. (If you wish to pay this rate in an Installment Plan, a $20 processing fee will be added for a total of $TBA).
**$TBA is the rate for anyone who pays after TBA!
***$TBA is for you procrastinators who still want to come and pay at the door. This Rate begins TBA.
Where is the link for the hotel?
We encourage that everyone stay in the same hotel; however, if you do get a room elsewhere, please be at the hotel for all functions that you paid for, which are Friday night, Meet And Greet, Saturday morning and late afternoon for the Panels. Breakfast Brunch on Sunday.

The PayPal Link for payment did not work?
The PayPal Links will only work during the time the payments are being accepted. i.e.
- Certain Rates will be posted in mid-2021!
- Certain Rates will Only be posted for Nov 2021-Dec 2021!
What time should I arrive in New York City?
You will need to arrive in time to check into the hotel (Group rate AND hotel to be advertised) If you are at another hotel other than Event Hotel, arrive at your check-in time; but please be at the Event Hotel by 5:30pm on the Friday before the event to check in FOR THE EVENT begins at 6pm
If I live in the New York City area do I still pay for the weekend events?
Yes, everyone must pay…
What if I didn’t complete the registration form? Or if I have friends who want to come and didn’t complete the registration form?
- Everyone Must complete the Registration Form and Pay the General Registration Rate
